The program provided them with options and choices to enable them to improve the quality of their life.
“Is the Stress in Your Life Making You Sick” presentation, given on October 7, 2010
provided a wonderful opportunity for the participants tolook at the pace of their everyday life
and recognize how stress could effect their health.
You helped them to understand how they could take more control of daily events
and reduce their stress to prevent illness.

Mag, although I have only been seeing you for a few months, I feel as though we have acomplished so much together. You are a blessing. You introduced me to myself again. This has allowed me to hope and to feel peace. I previously worked on these things for years and years in regular therapy. We have resolved more in a few months than I had in all those years. I can’t describe the joy that I felt in that moment when I went for that scan and the tumor was completely gone! There was no evidence that it was ever. All the staff came into the room and we hugged and cheered. Thank you so much for helping me and for teaching me. You gave me back my health. I can sleep at night without fear and worry. I have peace. I know you will say that it was me; that I was the one doing those things. But you guided me. Bless You.

Maggie, I am so excited! You have inspired me, coached me, and elevated me! I scored a 4.0! I can still hardly believe that a failing student, who found math impossible, can now get A+ on calculus and can even tutor others. This is amazing. Why don’t they teach it in schools? You should do that Mag! Teach it to kids when they are young and they won’t have to go through all the suffering of thinking they are a failure, and the feelings of low self esteem that can infect everything they do.

I knew there had to be another way. You are the answer to my prayers! My kidney function is returning. I was scheduled to start dialysis. But now I don’t need to. My lab work has improved about halfway back to normal. I have hope again of returning to good health. I’ll see you soon for our next appointment. (PS.
